About Us - IIA Lotus Flower Counseling

Who we are

IIA Lotus Flower Counseling Ltd. was created to make quality counseling and mental health services more accessible to adults, adolescents, and children. We offer access to qualified and experienced independent professionals who can help people navigate emotional difficulties, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other situations that may be difficult to manage alone. Through our online model, clients can access services from a place that is convenient and comfortable for them.

We believe that the cost of counseling should not be an obstacle to receiving quality care. We therefore aim to keep our services affordable while maintaining appropriate professional and ethical standards. Lower-cost services do not mean lower-quality services; our approach reflects our commitment to making meaningful help available to more people. We also value feedback from our clients and welcome their comments and suggestions as an important part of improving what we offer.

Every person and every situation is different, and there is no single approach that is right for everyone. Our professionals bring different qualifications, experience, areas of expertise, and ways of working. We aim to create an environment that is respectful, empathetic, compassionate, balanced, direct, and authentic—where clients can feel heard, explore their experiences, consider their options, and work towards changes that are meaningful to them.

Professionals offering services through IIA Lotus Flower Counseling Ltd. are independent providers and are not employees of IIA Lotus Flower Counseling Ltd. Each professional is solely responsible for the services they provide, their professional decisions, and the methods they use within the scope of their qualifications and practice. IIA Lotus Flower Counseling Ltd. carries out appropriate checks of the qualifications and professional credentials provided by professionals joining the platform. However, clients remain responsible for choosing the provider they consider appropriate for their individual needs. We encourage clients to inform us of any conduct or information that may conflict with professional standards, ethical principles, or the values of our platform.

The services available through the platform are provided according to each professional’s qualifications, experience, and scope of practice. Professionals on IIA Lotus Flower Counseling Ltd. do not provide clinical diagnoses that require an in-person medical or clinical evaluation and do not prescribe medication. Where a person’s circumstances require an in-person assessment, medical evaluation, psychiatric care, medication, or another service outside the professional’s scope of practice, they should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified local healthcare or mental health professional.

Important Safety Information: IIA Lotus Flower Counseling Ltd. is not an emergency or crisis intervention service. If you or someone else is experiencing a medical emergency, is at immediate risk of serious harm, is thinking about suicide, or is considering harming themselves or another person, do not rely on this platform for immediate assistance. You must immediately contact the emergency services available in your location and seek urgent, in-person assistance. Our online services are not designed to replace emergency or crisis services and cannot provide the immediate intervention required when there is an imminent risk to life or safety.

Our commitment is simple: to make quality services more accessible while treating every person with respect, dignity, compassion, and authenticity. We want people who come to IIA Lotus Flower Counseling Ltd. to feel welcomed and supported in taking a meaningful step towards greater understanding and well-being.
