Teaching meditation to children – 4 week class (1 hour/week)

Ioana Justina Iuga, MDiv., Dipl.Soc.Sc., CNSLR, ITTM certified clinician, holds a Master of Divinity in Buddhist Studies, and a Diploma in Social Science and Counseling Skills. She is a certified counselor while holding certificates in ADHD: Everyday strategies for elementary students; Medical Neuroscience; Living with Dementia: Impact on Individuals, Caregivers, Communities, and Societies; The clinical psychology of children and young adults; Morality of everyday life. Ioana is also an ITTM (Intergenerational Trauma Treatment Model) certified clinician. She has a long history of volunteering in the USA with Children’s Cancer Association, Sisters of the Road, Central City Concern, and in Romania, where she has volunteered with the National Institute of Neurology and Neurovascular Diseases in Bucharest. As a human being, she is socially proactive, fun, loving, highly independent, sometimes stubborn, intuitive with a wild imagination, and she speaks cat-neze 🙂

Meditation is a perfect way to raise children. It teaches them to be self-aware, compassionate, empathetic, eco-friendly to name but a few. It relieves anxiety, tension, shyness, impatience while improving concentration, emotional balance, and creativity.

If you have a kid and you want your kid to be in contact with his/her feelings and thoughts, you’re at the right place as I guarantee I am the best teacher for your child. I’m fun, I’m very intuitive when it comes to children, I can also be serious when I feel they need containment. As a result, they will love meditation and you will love how they bloom 🙂

NOTE: On IIA Lotus Flower Counseling we make it our mission to offer high-quality workshops at low prices.
